How do I get started on a laundry plan?
Laundry plans are prepaid for at the beginning of the service. We offer plans for the academic year and over the summer. After purchasing your plan, you come into one of our locations to pick up your bag with your unique number on it.

How does the laundry plan work?
Drop off your laundry at any of our convenient locations. Your laundry will be returned to you clean, dry and folded!

What is the turn around time?
At our 17 Holyoke location, any laundry dropped off before noon will be available the following day at 10am. Anything dropped off after noon will be available in the morning two days later. For dry cleaning and launder and press service, all items will be available at 10am two business days after being dropped off. For depots, which are opened Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, anything dropped off one day will be available the next shift of operation.

How do dry cleaning credits work?
Buy dry cleaning credits online, and you save 10% of the cost of dry cleaning. The credits are simply applied to your account and your dry cleaning is deducted as you use the service. Not only is it cheaper, but it saves a lot of time at the checkout!

Can I walk in if I don't have a plan?
Absolutely! We offer walk-in options for all our services. Having a busy week and don't have time to do your laundry? Just bring in your laundry and we will do it for you at $1.10 per pound. Nothing is better than clean socks!

I am not a Harvard Student, can I use HSA?
Of course! We are open to the general public, and we have the best prices in Harvard Square!
