How do I get started on a laundry plan?
Laundry plans are prepaid for at the beginning of the service. We offer plans for the academic year and over the summer. After purchasing your plan, a durable laundry bag can be picked up at one of our convenient pick-up locations. Your bag will have your name and your unique number on it.

How does the laundry plan work?
Our pick-up/drop-off van stops at all our convenient locations three times a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Drop off your bag at the most convenient location for you (most dorms are located less than a block away) and it will be returned to you washed, dried and folded!

What is the turn around time?
Turn around is two days. So if you drop it off on a Monday, it will be ready at the same time on Wednesday.

I am not a BU Student, can I use Campus Cleaners?
Of course! We have the most competitive laundry service around. If you live near one of our pick-up locations, all you have to do is sign up for a plan online.

Are there any special requests that I can make for my order?
Yes! On Laundry Plan orders, you have the option of Low-heat or Medium-heat drying your laundry. You can also always ask any of our representatives about special instructions for any of your clothes. We are happy to let you know if we can accommodate your requests!
